Your Responsibilities

• Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand and assess their packaging needs and requirements.
• Needs Assessment Documentation: Compile and organize all client needs into a comprehensive sheet for reference.
• RFP Preparation: Translate client requirements into detailed Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for the production team to generate accurate quotes.
• Timeline Management: Collaborate with clients to establish and maintain project timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Process Oversight: Oversee the entire packaging process from initial inquiry through production updates to final delivery.
• Production Coordination: Liaise with the production team to ensure client specifications are accurately communicated and executed.
• Payment Processing: Manage and facilitate the receipt of payments from clients, ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions.
• Status Updates: Provide clients with regular updates on the status of their projects, addressing any concerns promptly.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all packaging solutions meet Paking Duck's high standards of quality and client expectations.
